When it comes time to find out the value of your San Diego home make sure you contact the experts at eHomeConnect. There are many home value web sites that come up with a home value by searching databases of homes sold in your area. Every once in a while they get it right but for the most part they are truly for entertainment purposes only.

When eHomeConnect works on a home valuation we assign an agent to contact you and gather information about your home. Your agent will then look at homes that have sold in your neighborhood, homes that are in escrow and homes that are currently on the market. They will find the homes that most closely resemble your home to come up with a home value. It’s important that the homes used are similar to yours; square footage, bedrooms, baths, location, upgrades, etc…

When your eHomeConnect agent has completed the Comparative Market Analysis they will contact you to see your home and meet with you to go over what your house is worth in today’s market. Our home valuations are free. It’s important to interview several agents and we encourage you to interview at least three real estate agents to find one that you feel comfortable with.
