Sarah McBride Selis, President and Broker, has been in the real estate business for over 15 years. Sarah is dedicated to helping home owners during a very stressful time in their lives. Most people do not have the knowledge and experience to work directly with their lenders and that is where we succeed.

The economic change brought about a significant shift in both the market and the banks. Banks did not embrace short sales and have made it difficult for the average consumer or Realtor to close a short sale. We have combined our years of knowledge and work diligently to get your short sales closed. This does not always happen fast. You have to keep in mind that the loss mitigation departments of the banks are not a revenue generating departments. They have had to increase spending on employees and resources in a department that is losing money. Some banks are more organized while some banks have us calling overseas call centers. Either way, we persevere.
